Experience ranges from planning to design and construction support services on urban transportation and civic infrastructure projects. Extensive planning, design and managerial experience on infrastructure, traffic safety, and highway and bridge design projects. In-depth knowledge of roadway and utility engineering and has managed several large-scale multi-disciplined infrastructure design projects for public agencies. Recent experience includes major infrastructure-related projects in the New York metropolitan area. B.S. in Civil Engineering from University College Cork, Ireland. Practicing in New York City since 1985. Serves on the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Region of ACEC NY.
