My name is Ashton; I am a Corporate Recruiter and HR Coordinator with Nuspire. Over the years with Nuspire, I have grown my career from an entry-level receptionist to an integral part of the HR team, filling critical roles such as VPs, Senior Security Sales Engineers, Network Engineers, Technical Sales and Developers. I have a passion for fixing problems for people, whether it is a staffing need or something as simple as finding a resource. I am heavily involved on the reporting within recruiting and employee data. I handle auditing census information around open enrollment and correcting discrepancies found. I view myself as a creative mind, but I also have a deep interest in numbers and analytics. I want to know the why behind the data, and figure out solutions to issues that the data might present. I am still learning in many areas of my career, but the truth is that we should never stop learning or we become complacent in our careers and in our lives. Continuing to develop myself professionally and personally is an everlasting-objective; I love to learn new skills, intake new information, and broaden my view of this world we all live in. Outside of my career, I love fiction writing, journaling and art, and can often be found with charcoal in hand and a book open beside me. Creativity has always been very important to me. I always start and end my day with something that engages this side of myself. As a writer and artist, I love digging deeper than just the broad strokes.
