National Oilwell Varco Inc. is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sales equipments and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations.

I recently retired from a wonderful company (NOV) after 36 years of service. During this time I have met so many great people and have learned so much. I will be eternally grateful for this time in my life and have a lifetime of memories and experience to take me forward. During my time here, I've gone from a mechanical design engineer to operations management to division president. I've lived and worked all over the world and the last 10 years I've been able to help organizations within the company, change and become the best that they can be. I've put most of my effort into manufacturing and operational change management. I do plan to stay active and do some consulting if it comes my way. As a fallback, I've still got my active Professional Engineering license.
