Responsible for business analysis, Encounter Analysis and Software Testing for a $1 billion organization. Evaluate and oversee all business analysis and Testing projects. Guide multiple Analysis Teams consisting of 30+ both locally and international. Manage and direct multiple external vendors while coordinating and overseeing duties of internal teams. Manage and direct projects by providing analytical customer insights and expert advice. Being accountable for customer centric analyses to support customer strategies and business needs also falls under the purview of this job.
