I love to help organizations solve their challenges, educate cross-functionally, and with an aptitude to solve problems, no task can be too complex. For the majority of my career, I focused on driving sales success through pre-sales/solution consulting. And I thought I would spend the rest of my career in this capacity. That's how much I loved working with customers becoming their trusted advisor and supporting my sales teams … until I was given an opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally in enablement and business/product operations. Now, I continue my journey of working with internal customers: enabling the SE teams, collaborating with other teams and managing projects across the globe so "nothin' falls thru the cracks." I am passionate about the educational aspect of this role: getting new hires quickly ramped, teams up to speed on new product offerings (how does this affect my team?), on regulations and standards (is our solution HIPAA compliant?) and on company processes (SOX or SOCs?). Here are some highlights: ► Created and delivered enablement material for new product offerings - from “Basics” to FAQs and How-To Guides using leading LMS platforms such as MindTickle ► onboarded new hires from various departments applying a ‘transfer of knowledge’ based on their specific roles and needs ► Implemented and project managed a new company-wide rollout plan that was applied to numerous SaaS releases ► Authored and maintained service descriptions to provide all parties with a mutual understanding of the SaaS deliverables ► Member of the unification team after we were acquired and when we acquired an organization ► Organized and updated the pricing catalogue for SOX compliance ► Rolled out processes, structure and enablement material to meet GDPR compliance for the May 2018 deadline I would describe myself as energetic, motivated and getting “stuff” done. I truly enjoy working in a team - inspiring others as well as being inspired. Every project is a success - even a “bad” one, as every cloud has a silver lining.
