I create software solutions that improve workflow and processes for large companies such as Newsday, Walker & Dunlop, and Silverline. This means coordinating multiple departments to integrate the flow of work from the upper levels of the company, through the infrastructure, all the way downstream to the user and customers. I do this by figuring out the best means of consolidation and then partnering with technology companies to ensure smooth, reliable, and sustainable integration, launch, and implementation. I also establish and maintain business relationships and consensus to help identify possible risks and address business challenges. We start by defining roadmaps and release plans. Then, together, we envision new software capabilities and common application features that align with the overall project and company objectives. My specialty is designing and customize systems that are user-friendly, intuitive, and drive productivity. My solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, resilient, and perform as expected. For example, I created a solution for the Newsday sales team so they could be 100% mobile. Through discovery sessions, planning, and training, Sales now uses Salesforce as the customer hub. Anything they need to know about a customer is at their fingertips…I envisioned the concept and made it happen
