Over the last 25 years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to the growth and transformation of some of Australia’s leading organisations in the retail, media and financial services industries. Currently at WooliesX, I get to lead a practice of customer advocacy professionals who help create better experiences for customers, teams, communities and partners for a better tomorrow. Prior to that, I delivered growth and digital transformation as a consultant and in senior roles at News Corp Australia, Macquarie, Perpetual and AMP. I have always been a big picture thinker and am passionate about using technology platforms to solve real world business challenges. Over the years I have developed expertise in many aspects of business with a focus on business strategy, strategic marketing, digital transformation and operations. I have proven time and time again, that data driven decision-making together with forward thinking commercial strategy and strong implementation planning can deliver results and drive change that actually lasts. I have travelled and worked internationally, spoken at global conferences and industry events, and had the opportunity to work alongside some amazing business minds in complex and fast-paced businesses. Whether in the role as a senior executive, board member, mentor or mother, I am driven knowing that what I do will help an individual or an organisation and its people adapt and thrive in an ever changing digital world.
