I am a people manager responsible for managing a team of 15 Insurance (Claims and Underwriting) administrators who are responsible for the end to end management of each case. My key responsibilities include mentoring, training & development, building rapport with internal and external key stakeholders, identifying and implementing process improvement within Plum and the wider MLC & NAB Group through the PWC Operational Excellence Program.In addition to my role I am one of the many committee members of the HPO Change and Stronger Super Newtwork.In our ever changing environment, advocating and managing change is essential. The key is to this is to have open, clear, concise and regular communication with all stakeholders.
