Sean McDowell has more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage and lending industry having held positions at Impac Mortgage, Ameripath Mortgage and New Century Mortgage. He has served as Senior Vice President of Retail Lending, Vice President of Production and is currently the Area Manager for Prospect Mortgage, LLC, one of the nation’s largest independent residential retail lenders. At Prospect Mortgage he is responsible for the growth and management of the Orange County and Long Beach branches. He is also responsible for managing existing client relationships as well as identifying and engaging potential customers. Sean has won many awards and honors for his dedication to the mortgage lending industry. He currently holds his California Brokers license and his NMLS Mortgage license. Sean resides in Irvine, California with his wife and daughter. He enjoys golfing, water skiing and keeping up on political issues and current events.
