This project was at a savings of over 92% compared with previous physical server acquisitions. I have directly managed the complete SDLC and CI/CD pipeline. I have coordinated and led cross-disciplined IT project and product teams and have directly managed Microsoft .Net and Java applications development areas. Led development teams that created and implemented the Company's first Internet facing business to consumer (B2C) and business to business (B2B) websites in 1999 and 1997 respectively through 2009. Led overhaul of Company's IT disaster recovery plan. This phased comprehensive plan included the implementation of real-time replication, WAN acceleration, "Metro Ethernet" and numerous other technologies significantly reducing RTO and RPO.
