Philip has over 15 years’ experience in roles of increasing responsibility spanning Account Management, Research and Product Development, Technology Commercialization, Product Marketing, Supplier Management, Quality and Continuous Improvement, and Product Management. He has worked closely with customers to develop innovative solutions to solve complex technical and commercial challenges in a wide variety of markets across the globe: Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, Alternative Energy, Oil & Gas, Defense, Semiconductor, and Electronic Components to name a few. A self-starter by nature, Philip thrives as both an individual contributor and as a manager who brings out the best in everyone around him. While doing so, Philip creates and executes a unified direction in times of uncertainty – transforming chaos in a fluid environment into order. Philip received his Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a certified LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt.
