An experienced professional with diverse skills in the areas of Generalist HR; Talent Acquisition; Coaching; and Office Management. Through my 10 +years of Human Resources experience; nearly 17 years of coaching experience; and over 24 years of volunteer work; I have become a polished and driven professional capable of dealing with multiple issues for all levels of employees, across local and global industries. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a Human Resources professional I have been exposed to a variety of HR specialties. Used prior competitive and Goal Medal skills to develop; foster and challenge skaters as they trained for individual tests; shows; or competitive skating endeavors. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a long time volunteer I have organized, managed, captained, and taught in various settings from large local venues to church and school organizations.
