Amongst others, experienced in service provision, stakeholder engagement, customer relations, negotiating between service providers and their customers, analysis of operations, communications, line management, and development and implementation of strategy. I enjoy rising to meet new challenges and finding practical solutions enabling business whilst supporting legal and regulatory compliance.
