Mohawk Industries is an American floor cover products manufacturing company and the manufactured products are used in residential and commercial applications.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, I have a proven track record of boosting systems reliability while minimizing complexity, driving 20+ global ERP implementations across publicly listed multinational firms, slashing costs, and delivering seamless post-merger integrations. I have also worked closely with numerous senior business managers regarding strategy and process improvement. As Director of Application Development at Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK), I replaced multiple legacy applications with just 2 cloud-based platforms to save $4M annually, lowered maintenance costs for our core ERP system by 90%, and integrated 8 acquisitions with an aggregate purchase price of $4B+, retiring all acquired systems to slash annual costs by $10M. As Global Head of IT – Human Resources, Finance & Shared Services at Goodyear (NASDAQ: GT), I successfully created a single global human resources information strategy (HRIS) for 72 countries after other teams had failed for the past 3 years. I collaborated with senior management to define all processes, developed an SAP-based global framework from scratch, and retired the mainframe to eliminate $10M in annual maintenance costs. And as Senior Consultant at ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP), I singlehandedly managed all IT processes for a $2B initiative for the offshore exploration of oil near Pertumina, Indonesia. I deployed all systems necessary to build a vessel, lay pipeline, and transport the oil to back to shore.
