My purpose is to inspire and equip leaders and global teams to achieve things they don’t know are possible yet. This time needs leaders to adapt and grow their people and businesses at scale and with pace. I have worked alongside many global leaders when it comes to creating new possibilities for their people and organisation. I founded Courageous Co. to support leaders in a way that fuses leadership and fitness principles into corporate consulting, coaching and development - not to get you fitter but to enable you to shift mindsets and behaviours more quickly than traditional practices. I have worked at the intersection of strategy, leadership, culture and people for over 20 years in international leadership roles, winning awards along the way. Having qualified as a coach and personal trainer, I know there are ways to integrate practices from these worlds which will be more effective in achieving corporate cohesion, growth and performance. You have to get minds and bodies working together and the results will be profound. Having recovered from a traumatic cycling accident a few years ago, I come at everything I do with a resilient mindset. My learning and toolkit to help others is something I will always keep stretching. I respect that it takes courage for leaders and teams to figure out how to be better tomorrow than they are today. I share that courage, have a ton of energy, love an adventure and make a difference to leaders, their people and their organisations.
