I'm an accomplished, multi-lingual consumer PR pro with over twenty-five years' experience promoting consumer brands, managing corporate reputation and navigating times of crisis. My career has spanned many industries and geographies. In fact, I've led programs in the US, Europe and the Middle East on almost every kind of consumer product-- from toilet paper and phone service to nutraceuticals and pet care products! I have vast experience in the consumer goods and services arena in areas including: food, beverage and nutrition; home and home care; hair and skin/body care; pet care and nutrition; QSR/chain restaurants; new product, book and vehicle launches; eye care; big box retailers; OTC medications; as well as Hispanic and multi-cultural marketing.Much of my career has been on the agency side both in the U.S. and U.K.. Though in more recent years, I led internal and external communications for a Division of the world's largest food maker and also ran a very successful strategic communications consulting business. Throughout my career, I've focused on helping companies build their brand share and internal and external reputations with exciting creative ideas and strategies that really resonate with target consumers, influencers and their social channels, get their attention (as well as the attention of the media they trust for news and information) and motivate them to engage with the brand/company. I like to say that I'm really good at adding the integral 'why should I care?' element to 360-degree marketing executions.Over the years, I've been proud to be the creative force behind many high-profile and award-winning consumer events and brand promotions including: the Pedigree Adoption Drive, Oscar Mayer 'Jingle Jam' Talent Search, the Kraft Mac & Cheese 'I Want the Blues' Contest and the Varilux 'Boomer Watch' Annual Survey, to name just a few.
