The Miracle Foundation is a non-profit organization that helps people create miracles for the world's orphans -- spreading best practices worldwide.

Leslie Beasley is the CEO of Miracle Foundation.org, an international nonprofit that helps orphans and foster children find a safe, stable, and permanent family. Whether in an orphanage or in the Foster Care System, Miracle Foundation's vision is a family for every child in our lifetime. For the past 23 years, Miracle Foundation has been dedicated to improving the lives of children. In 2022 alone, Miracle supported more than 170,000 children. Miracle Foundation is a world leader in ending the need for orphanages and ensuring children grow up in safe, stable families. Under Leslie’s leadership, Miracle Foundation is refocusing its revolutionary ThriveScale™ (based on the UN rights of the Child) to measure and support the reunification of orphaned children with their families, creating an industry-leading framework to successfully accomplish this critical work. Leslie is overseeing the creation of FosterShare™ a phone and desktop digital assistant that aims to prevent foster children from bouncing from home to home, decreases the drop-out rate of foster parents, and brings greater stability to the foster care ecosystem. Prior to Miracle Foundation, she was the Founder and CEO of Open Arms, a social enterprise that provides living-wage employment to women survivors of war. She was also a founding board member for Work for Life, an organization that assists African entrepreneurs in launching sustainable businesses to help eliminate poverty and Rescue One More, an organization focused on girls experiencing sexual abuse with a pathway to safety, justice and healing. Leslie is a speaker on multiple topics including “The Heart of Change: Leading a Successful Transition” and “Being a change maker in a noisy world: Identifying your sweet spot and living it out” A few of her recent speaking engagements include: •Texas Conference for Women •United Nations Girl Up Program •University of Texas Entrepreneurship and Social Change Program Leslie lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Robert Beasley and four children, Conner, Kyle, Luke and Lily.
