Jim holds PMP and CCP certifications and has served as the program director/project manager on many large complex technology implementations. He has lead projects such as 1984 Olympics Official Results System, ERP implementations for City & County of Los Angeles, LA Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), Sony Corp., and General Instrument. Jim has worked extensively with both COTS and custom developed software including complex data conversions and system integration. As a consultant for E&W (now E&Y), KPMG, and Unisys Government Systems, Jim has built and managed the delivery consulting team. Jim is a change agent and execution specialist. His goal is to serve as a PM/PMO leader (as an employee or consultant) to achieve his clients technology and business process improvement objectives on time and budget. He has a proven track record in delivering to the clients expectations.
