Proven abilities in developing products as active and passisve mag-lev LVAD pumps, quick-connect apical ring, quick-connect outflow conduit, surgical tools, wearable controllers and accessories, implantable connectors, cast-cutting self-feeding saw, and consumer appliances. Have experience with research, material selection, manufacturing processes and methods, requirements and specification development, surface metrology, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), engineering confidence testing and verification testing, managing design control documentation, design transfer to manufacturing, trouble shooting through engineering expertise. Extensive knowledge in Risk Management, DFMEA, PFMEA, hazard/failure analyses. Knowledge of FDA QSR & cGMPs, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993.
