I am passionate about utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer pain points and needs that truly matter, and collaborating with engineering to build great software products to delight customers. I'm currently building features that help advertisers manage ad campaigns more effectively, intuitively and seamlessly.My past experience includes improving cart and checkout conversion for Sears and Kmart's Mweb and Apps, and a stint at Sears' appliance repair business unit, where I led a major business initiative to reduce cancellations. My product experience also includes an internship at eBay, where I helped optimize eBay's shopping cart to drive incremental revenue and improve customer experience. My other varied experiences include working as an engineer at a semiconductor startup in the Silicon Valley, leading an internal consulting team at India's largest education-nonprofit, and worked as a marketing fellow at a leading global solar light company.I hold an MBA (Marketing and Entrepreneurship) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS (Electrical Engineering) from Stanford University.
