I have enjoyed over 20 years in the clinical data management and clinical operations space spanning roles in global team management, data science, quality assurance, project management and change management. I have driven results as a trusted business partner through effective collaboration, innovation and efficiency. I am now broadening and strengthening my capabilities and perspectives within and beyond the clinical development space.I developed and led a global team of clinical data managers in the successful delivery of high quality data in Oncology, Hemophilia and Ophthalmology submissions in my Therapeutic Area Head role. I was also instrumental in leading a project that identified innovative and transformative process and tools for our current and future clinical data environments. My emphasis on collaboration and data insight supported decision-making has been the driving force behind my personal and team successes. More recently, I have extended and diversified my business impact through leadership roles in: corporate citizenship/outreach initiatives, employee resource groups and peer mentoring programs as a business coach.I am now interested in building on my activities and interests in Data Sciences, Big Data, Health Economic Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real World Evidence (RWE) and Real Life Evident (RLE). I am enthusiastic and excited about opportunities that will allow me to contribute to the emerging advances and paradigm shift in data sciences and analytics.
