Commenced career in investment banking at JP Morgan before moving to private equity with CVC Capital Partners. Held various roles in business development and strategy at Pacific Brands. For the last 12 years has worked in the pharmaceutical industry at Mayne Pharma and has been an executive on the senior leadership team. Extensive experience in business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, investor relations, financial reporting, corporate governance, remuneration and sustainability. Recently appointed as a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Hansen Technologies.
