Provide excellent Human Resources support to assigned managers and employees through recruitment and employment, performance management, employee relations support, front line salary and benefit administration, and employment law/policy administration. Primary Areas of Responsibility & Experience: Provide advice, guidance, interpretation/implementation of policies & procedures, and counseling to managers and employees in assigned areas to insure a harmonious and positive work environment for all employees. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, to include but not limited to: Fair Labor Standards Act, ADA, FMLA, National Health and Safety Act, ERISA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts, etc. Management of recruitment and employment needs within the assigned divisions, from need identification through offer and onboarding. Conduct exit interviews with terminating employees to identify potential issues and trends requiring attention, and act on such trends. Analyze data and direct appropriate actions to ensure "regrettable turnover" is kept to a minimum. Administration and management of performance management process with a focus on the quality and clarity of performance expectations. Partner with managers to determine formative issues within divisions and provide guidance towards appropriate resolution. Assessment of training needs and identification of resources to meet identified individual needs. Provide career guidance and counseling to managers and employees.
