In my current and past roles I have lead large and cross border virtual teams in both strategic and tactical planning and execution of best-in-class customer service operations with a view to provide outstanding and yet profitable service. My experience is across multiple industries as the core needs of customers are identical and the challenges in maintaining P&L, service standards, human resource limitations and a need continuously drive efficiency are similar.
