I am a motivational and adaptable Senior Business Leader, with vast experience managing complex operations, optimising working capital, and leading large-scale projects and initiatives. I have a strong transformation mindset and particular expertise in business development, financial planning, risk management and benefits realisation. My current role is Customer and Business Operations Director at Nucleus Financial, where I am responsible for delivery of outstanding customer service across both the James Hay and Nucleus Financial Services groups. Throughout my career, I have developed an expert knowledge of commercial transformation and have maintained an adept faculty for developing/deploying customer service, operational, revenue and capital improvement strategies. Moreover, I am highly proficient in developing beneficial relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have in-depth experience with all the differing aspects of large-scale management, including budgeting, man-management, resource management, third party supplier management and training and development. I consider a real strength to be assessing existing works and processes and embedding best practice. In so doing, I have been successful in improving operational and financial efficiencies across multiple situations.
