I am a senior finance executive and CPA with extensive experience in providing financial, accounting and operational expertise to growth oriented enterprises, largely healthcare related. A highly effective strategic and operational finance leader who has successfully partnered with investors and other executives delivering significant value to shareholders in varying environments, including large, mid-size and emerging companies.I currently serve as the CFO of Essence Healthcare Inc., an industry leading and highly rated 64,000 member technology enabled MAPD plan that collaborates with provider systems, physicians and its members to deliver high quality and superior financial and clinical outcomes.With a strong passion for providing for educational opportunities for under served youth, I have also previously served as an Executive Director in a business backed non-profit organization the supports reform efforts in the Hartford Public Schools.
