My practice focuses on Corporate Finance (including both secured and unsecured debt and mezz debt), Venture Capital and Securities. I am a fellow of the American College on Investment Counsel. I also lecture on entrepreneurship issues at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and participate in the both the New Venture Challenge and the Social New Venture Challenge. I work closely with a number of Impact Investors (including both funds and individual investors) as well as Social Impact companies. I am also a regular speaker for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
