His 30+ year career has focused on helping organizations adopt supply chain design and planning principles and technologies. He has worked in Industry, at Software firms, and Consultancies providing him with a unique perspective from all angles. Jeff has launched products into the market, enhanced the strategy and positioning and expanded the vision of existing solutions, built services and consulting teams at existing companies and well as built a management consultancy from scratch. He is frequently invited to speak at professional organization events and universities never passing up on the opportunity to evangelize the need for organizations to develop supply chain design and advanced analytics competencies. Jeff has global consulting experience in well over 100 supply chain design engagements across a variety of industries, ranging in complexity from distribution network rationalization to green-field full supply chain design. He has developed finished goods multi-echelon inventory strategies for some of the largest distribution networks in the world. Throughout his career, he has primarily consulted for companies in the Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and Retail industries located in the US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Germany, India, Japan, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, Columbia, and Brazil.
