Data Analysis professional who enjoys project management, process improvement, data integrity, and using data to drive business decisions. Started as a temp in the Premium Audit department at Crum & Forster before moving into a predictive & pricing modeling team. Experimented with Excel VBA automation to improve my own accuracy and remove some mundane processes in my workflow. Was promoted into an analytics role and began my work developing reporting for internal consumption and worked on a large-scale data manipulation project. Eventually was given my own staff to manage, implementing new metrics tracking tools, applications to automate redundent processes, and more responsibilities to manage projects in flight and maintain applications in production (as well as working with other teams supporting those applications). Earned my Associate in Insurance Data Analytics from The Institutes in 2018.
