In the last 5 Years, my professional focus has been to optimize the connection between the supply chain in our organization beginning from the purchasing aspect to the delivery of Goods and services to our customers by enabling the key processes of each critical level, reducing the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), lead time between processes, meanwhile improving the quality of service. Customer-focus mindset, each project has presented the opportunity to apply different lean tools throughout their development such as value stream mapping, Line balancing, 5S, Point of Use for raw material and components, Product Planning, Kan-ban and Pull systems, plus several others. My main benefit of waste elimination comes by implementing the process flow of material using Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Focus on use of data collection through ERP and MRP for forecasting and planning purposes, perform kaizen development using PDCA methodology, Root cause Analysis and Fishbone diagram (Ishikagawa) on several organizational projects. This has become my motto to reduce the learning curve on cross work with different team members of the organization, the elaboration of hands on training systems that enables the improvement analys by the user and develop standard operation procedures (SOP) to maintain quality on Finished goods and services.
