As an experienced technologist and director, I’m extremely passionate about building, growing, mentoring, and managing teams of highly intelligent and efficient developers and tech-focussed individuals. My primary strengths are in leading teams by example, through actual code and execution of technical concepts and implementations as well as a focus on individuals and helping them achieve their desired career paths. Throughout my years working in the technology industry, I’ve found that a tight partnership between tech and product teams allows organizations to move more quickly and be more nimble, which I feel is critical to success when dealing with ever-changing technology markets, especially those pertaining to media.
