I am proud to have been the first hire at LeafLink, the wholesale marketplace for cannabis, which has grown to serve over 10,000 cannabis licensees across 25+ markets. In my career at LeafLink, I have held many roles that contributed to LeafLink’s growth from a start-up to Fast Company's top 10 Most Innovative Companies in Enterprise, and Inc. 5000's list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. In my current role as the VP of Business Operations, I lead our BizOps team. We partner cross-functionality to plan and execute initiatives that drive company growth. As the leaders of market performance, our team oversees the launches of new markets, most recently NY and NJ. In addition to my business leadership, I also serve as Women’s ERG Lead at LeafLink. Empowering fellow women in the workplace, while driving business growth, is the underlying mission of everything I do.
