Throughout her career she has worked in organizations ranging from 40 up to 110,000 employees and had the opportunity to help organizations impact the world through inspiring missions such as eradicating child sexual abuse, giving people a longer more vibrant life, sustainably feeding the world, creating the future of technology, leading the energy evolution, and enhancing lives through water stewardship, energy, and community service. This diverse experience has allowed her to identify systems, strategies, and philosophies that have been successful in a variety of applications and provide strategic and operational guidance to help organizations focus on their future and gain forward momentum. Arann’s technical experience is centered on business optimization which includes creating new HR departments for growing companies, revitalizing a large Project Management Office, project leadership for organization-wide transformation projects, consulting on organizational design and development, developing HR programs and policies, technology implementation, benefits and compensation strategy, stakeholder and board engagement, operational strategy, short- and long-term planning.
