With over 30 years of experience in the ship repair and modernization industry I’ve gained recognition for successfully managing and directing teams in the execution of strategic business development initiatives for organizational growth. Through an inclusive leadership style, I’ve been able to engage employees and contribute to a fun work, productive environment where employees have a voice. I’ve been effective in creating and capitalizing on networks, liaisons and business connections, as well as negotiating and managing strategic partnerships for multi-billion dollar companies. I’ve excelled at organizational cross-group collaboration to significantly increase a company’s foot print, expand market share, and increase revenue.
