Mr. Willis will utilize his diverse experience in championing entrepreneurs and managing proven successful business processes developed by his father Mike Willis who is one of the foremost pioneers in the staffing business with over 30 years of experience in the industry.Mr. Willis started his professional career working for a nationwide general staffing company called Talent Tree Personnel Services. Mr. Willis started his entrepreneurial journey of championing entrepreneurs in 1995, whereby he was involved in starting and managing several successful companies in industries such as hospitality, distribution, Health Care Services, oil and gas exploration, commercial Real Estate and now staffing. Over the last 12 years Mr. Willis has been successful at leading and motivating entrepreneurs that are driven to succeed.Mr. Willis has a proven track record of business start-ups, venture capital and various CEO roles. He has served as CEO in oil & gas drilling and exploration, telecom provider and an aircraft parts re-manufacturer. In addition he has served on numerous boards including Chairman and CEO of a NASDAQ traded telecom company.
