My latest experience has been in the Call Center Environment once again. This time however I worked for Apple as a Tier 2 Mac+ Senior Technical Adviser helping customers with technical issues with all Apple products including iPods, iPhones, iPads, and at the end Mac Computers. I became extremely proficient at handling any technical issue and resolving any customer service issue. I moved up the ladder within three months to the position I ended with. Which was extremely quickly with my absolutely excellent Customer Service Surveys, Handle Time, and proficiency at resolution. This is typically something that takes almost a year. In short anything I have put my mind to... Sales, Phone Sales and Appointment Setting, Internet Marketing, Business Development Center Management, and last Technical Support... I have excelled at. There is nothing that I can not learn at an accelerated rate and master quickly.Recently I have move to Missouri to help a Family Member in need and have been doing that for a while in order to make life easier for him. That is now to a level where I can go back to work and take any Company by storm and become a tremendous asset to whom ever can use a very driven, creative, hard working, professional that will exceed every expectation you could possibly fathom.
