Since its inception the brand has exploded in the outdoor and footwear industries by establishing itself as the leader of hybrid performance footwear. Known for its patented toe protection technology, Keen Footwear can be found in more than 1,400 retail locations nationwide. Keen Footwear has also established distribution networks in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia as well as Central America, South America and Europe.

I am a strategic finance leader with a strong operational orientation and a foundation in consumer goods and retail. • 15+ years with brands such as Sperry Top-Sider, Stride Rite and Tommy Hilfiger Footwear – fortifying finance and operational foundations to support growth and profitability • 5 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers - developing an expertise in accounting and internal controls and delivering exceptional client service • Growing up in a family business - retail is in my soul I’ve guided leadership teams through dynamic growth and restructure, including two acquisitions of the parent entity and have a vast experience in retail and wholesale environments, with a passion for providing internal customers with best in class intelligence and external consumers with great product experiences. Developing talent and inspiring teams to collaborate ultimately drives results. I enjoy coaching and building bench strength and thrive in fast paced environments. I have led or co-led brand integrations, new retail concept launches and new technology solutions as well as profit optimization initiatives such as retail fleet right sizing and expense reduction to successfully compete in today's global environment.
