I am a successful business leader in industries ranging from the largest multinationals, to my own software startup, and everything in between. I have been responsible for Sales, Presales, Finance, Customer Success, and Software Engineering, and am currently a member of the leadership team who took Kaltura to a recent IPO on the NASDAQ. I use a unique combination of entrepreneurial, customer-facing, and technical skills, with an authentic and nurturing management style. I have worked with some of the largest enterprises across the globe, including banks, pharma, military, tech, media, and universities. I regularly present at industry events and chair workshops focused on Digital Innovation and Video Strategy. My deep understanding of the entire software lifecycle, from architecture and code through to deployment models, security considerations and customer satisfaction, enables me to act as the bridge between the technical and commercial parts of a business. I have had the joy of building a global Sales Engineering organization of over 30 people from the ground up. Above all, my passion and skillset lie in creating order out of chaos; in the creation of new initiatives and workforces from inception to maturity; in maintaining – and crucially – in building better teams.
