Managing the Groups financial reporting team and M&A team in various locations within the Group. Overseeing the Group treasury function, merchant services contracts, banking relationships and all other finance related processes. Managing the statutory accounts, budgeting and weekly forecasting. Key relationship partner with our parent company Jardine Matheson (Hong Kong) with weekly communication. Supporting the Group Financial Controller and Group Finance Director with the financial analysis to support the strategic direction of the Group.
