Craig moved to Australia in 2003 from Zimbabwe. Initially living in South West Rural Queensland he later moved to Toowoomba to commence his Higher Education Studies. Craig completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Southern Queensland majoring in Finance and Economics in 2009. Craig resided on the Residential Colleges for 6 years where he was the College Coordinator for both Steele Rudd and Conncannon College. Also during this time he worked in the Financial Services Industry for a small boutique financial planning firm where he specialised in Life and General Insurance services. He sat on the USQ Council as the Student Representative (2012). This was an elected position. Craig specializes in building long and active relationships with clients.
