Selected by executive leadership to stand up a new organization focused on innovation and digital transformation. • Built and developed a team responsible for $10-15M in annual spend with a staff of 25+ internal teammates, and third-party resources. • Created and maintained a culture that led to less than 8% turnover and 5% attrition of new hires during a difficult labor market and throughout a pandemic. • Lead technology delivery in corporate areas and implemented multiple enterprise-wide systems. • Managed an internal team and third-party design firm supporting a full company rebranding effort from conception to implementation. • Lead vendor contract negotiations and SOW creation for various areas of responsibility in collaboration with Legal and Strategic Sourcing teams. • Formalized strategic M&A projections for potential future growth and strategic expansion.
