Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management and Safety
InPro Corporation, headquartered in Muskego, Wis., is the nation's premier manufacturer of door and wall protection, washroom systems and commercial surfaces, expansion joint systems, cubicle track & privacy curtains and signage. Since 1979, InPro has been making and servicing products with a paranoid commitment to protecting the safety, healthiness, and appearance of buildings.
I am a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial executive at InPro Corporation with over 36 years in the building products industry sales and manufacturing environment. In my current role, I specialize supplier relations and contract negotiations. I also have developed a supplier council committee with our top 14 suppliers 3-4 times a year. I am very familiar with and very intertwined in our manufacturing area, understanding our Extrusion, Injection Molding, Vacuuming Forming, Sewing, and Solid Surface operations. In Supply Chain, I get involved with many aspects of our business, such as: implementing packaging solutions, world-class service, and lead times from my staff and me. I will also be very influential on lean manufacturing, strategic planning, plant layouts, business process improvements, continuous improvements, and cost reductions, and some areas I'm a part of, along with overseeing companywide safety. I have been instrumental in the growth and profitability of InPro, from a size of 15 employees and a nonmanufacturer to currently 620+ employees and a manufacturer of all major product lines. Being one of 11 Senior Managers at Inpro, I am responsible for a part of the strategic planning process and executing that plan to successfully grow Inpro year over year with 29 straight years of growth in margin and profit. I am a confident, self-assured problem solver capable of taking risky actions and accepting responsibility for the outcome. I enjoy working in a changing environment and am charged with time-sensitive tasks, pressures, and multiple demands. My goal is to continue to grow, learn and build upon my personal and professional experience and be in a company with similar attributes with the ability to gain new experiences and responsibilities. Lastly, I enjoy people and building relations with employees and suppliers. I have an open door policy, and I welcome the conversation or Teams call any time.
