I hold the position of Senior Manager - Sales and Operations with InMotion Hosting. In this role, I am responsible for direction and oversight of the Web Hosting Sales, Web Design Sales, and Web Design Operations teams. I previously served InMotion Hosting as their Inside Sales Manager. Prior to InMotion Hosting, I worked as the Business Development Manager for SJS Executives and served Verizon Communications for six years in multiple roles of increasing scope and responsibility. Beginning as a Business Sales and Billing Consultant, I exceeded all sales and customer service objectives to be identified as one of the top 5% of representatives in the Midwest Region. I then took on the role of Business Sales Support Specialist. In this position, I had sole responsibility for all Training, Quality, and Sales metrics which were achieved using innovative and effective techniques which I developed. My hands on approach to management and superb interpersonal and organizational skills made the transition to Sales and Service Manager natural. As Sales and Service Manager with Verizon, I oversaw a team of 30 direct and 220 indirect reports in an inbound/outbound call center environment. I utilized various methods of coaching and developing my employees to stay motivated and focused on achieving and exceeding specific goals. I hold my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Purdue University.
