I led the recent transformation of Infovista pushing the company to new heights in terms of positioning, offering, revenue and profitability. As CEO of Infovista I quadrupled revenues, multiplied Ebitda by 15X and completed successfully several acquisitions. I believe in ‘change management’ and apply to myself its principles : I started in HR, leading major business transformation; moved on to Strategy, Business Development and Change Management, then to CFO and finally as CEO and Board Member; I worked in the IT (Olivetti / Siemens), Consumer (Johnson & Johnson) and the software industry. I've led publicly listed and private organizations. I worked in Europe and I'm now based with my family in the US. With the help of a great team, I reinvented Infovista few times to adapt it to this fast pace environment. My adaptive management style focuses of the diversity of my team and leverages their true aspirations. I strongly believe that any leader in this ever changing world must possess the following 3 fundamental qualities : Humility, Curiosity and Empathy. They are hard to find in one single leader and not always well balanced. I personally continue to work every day on this. Being a voracious reader helps. At home, at the office, books are everywhere and I think everyone can use a few more books in their lives.
