Management Analyst

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) protects the health of all Americans and provides essential human services, especially for those least able to help themselves.

I am a habitual multi-tasker and technical lingo translator with 14 years of detail-oriented experience in the HR, cybersecurity, and IT fields. I’ve worn many hats - project manager, event planner, communicator, and organizer. I enjoy providing executive support to my organization’s senior leadership through: research, program analysis and evaluation, action tracking, strategic communications, management consulting, strategic and tactical planning, employee engagement and retention, program operation management, and efficiency improvement. I have experience in performance management, workforce development, employee communications, human resources, training and awareness, strategic communications, IT governance, and project management for high-visibility projects. I have expert knowledge and experience in communications (oral and written), problem-solving, and a high emotional intelligence. I am able to manage multiple tasks with competing timelines and deliverables, am customer and results oriented, accountable, adaptable, able to take action in highly complex situations, and able to negotiate with and influence others.
