Eric Carlsen serves as Senior Vice President, Senior Loan Review Officer for Heritage Bank in Washington State. He provides a high level of insight into the quality and improvement of commercial loans including sound structuring, servicing, collection and documentation practices. He places emphasis on early detection and prevention of emerging situations that may lead to potential problems and is highly knowledgeable as to loan regulatory issues and concerns, as well as lending operations. Carlsen is an executive and team member with a track record of accomplishments in commercial banking, customer service, board relations, and non-profit organizational management in the greater Puget Sound Area. His career includes community bank executive leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, business plan execution, credit administration, and regulatory financial institution evaluation and supervision. He has been a dedicated non-profit leader in his professional field as well as in the area of mental health, helping to further the provision of services and housing to the underserved and helping to improve our communities.
