Proven professional with over 20 years of experience in Retail Management and Merchandise Operations. As the Director of Merchandise and Visual Merchandising for stores, I am currently responsible for leading two teams in developing and directing visual and merchandise initiatives for over 50 stores. Additionally I assist in the buyer assortment plans and facilitate the product selection and themes for all store floor sets, manage product promotions and markdowns, and develop detailed analysis required to support strategic and tactical store merchandise and sales plans.
