As global president, creative & content, of Merkle B2B, I was responsible for inspiring a culture of innovation, growth and operational excellence. My award-winning team of b2b experts focused on maximizing client value at every touchpoint and delivering the never before in b2b. Big, beautiful, unexpected ideas, executed beautifully. I had the great pleasure of working with a team of diverse and incredibly talented individuals to architect creative solutions to solve a brands most pressing challenges – whether it’s appealing to new audiences, simplifying a proposition, positioning a brand to recruit new talent or help launch a product or offering in new ways. Our obligation was innovation and impact, informed by a customer-first insight approach. Our goal was to create distinction in the marketplace and to be memorable in the moments that matter. I am also extremely proud to have led our culture, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within Merkle B2B, working with some of the most passionate and devoted colleagues to develop programming for our team to educate, inspire and create a ripple effect of positive change in the organization and beyond.
