John has deep industry experience in human resources and information systems working with many multinational companies. As a business owner and executive, John has a proven track record of success delivering on client projects and company objectives through pragmatic management of the business and continuously developing employee talent. As an HCM Solution Architect, John has helped companies develop strategic HRIS roadmaps, global templates for multi-country rollouts, and comprehensive reporting strategies from transactional to strategic. He has experience in many full life-cycle implementations through to production support with heavy focus on requirements gathering, process flow and system design, system configuration, functional integration/quality assurance testing, post-implementation support, and training. John’s broad experience includes skills such as project management, planning and budget management, compensation and appraisal systems, employee development, and goal deployment. John’s military service was instrumental in his gaining skills in the areas of troubleshooting techniques and problem solving.
