I have been working in the Payroll/HR field for 14 years. I look forward to learning new skills and taking on new challenges to continue to grow and enhance my career. I have 14 years of experience using ADP and Ultimate Software payroll and HR systems. I have successfully completed the process of converting payroll systems from ADP to an in house payroll processor, as well as through the process of searching for a new payroll processing vendor. I am detail oriented, able to meet and set deadlines, and also adapt well to change. I am extremely dedicated, able to multitask, and also a team player. Specialties: Proficient in using ADP software such as: PCPW, Etime, Reportsmith, and HRB. Proficient in using Ultimate Software (Ultipro) HR and payroll modules, Business Intelligence report writing, etc. Multi-state payroll processing (over 25 states), Canada payroll processing (Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia). Successfully gone through a complete payroll system conversion from ADP to an in house payroll system. Searched for a new payroll/HRIS vendor. Trained 200+ employees on a new time keeping system.
